I designed the full mobile and web experience for a tool that replaces the disconnected mess of spreadsheets, PDFs, and phone calls contractors typically juggle. The key challenge was making AI-powered estimation feel trustworthy and effortless — whether on a job site with no signal or at a desk reviewing supplier pricing. I built the flows for estimation, CRM, invoicing, and subscription management into a single cohesive system.
