Technology for hostage negotiations. A mobile platform that gives law enforcement real-time tools for multi-party communication, statement recording, and SWAT coordination during crisis situations.
What I did:
This required deep research into how negotiations actually unfold under pressure. Every design decision had to optimize for clarity and speed — there's no room for ambiguity when lives are at stake. I designed an interface for multi-person calls, negotiator switching, and statement playback that's intuitive enough to operate in high-stress scenarios, with a visual language that reflects law enforcement authority.
