Problem: primeLab needed a streamlined KYC process for its NEAR blockchain consumer apps, as the existing complex KYC flow caused high drop-off rates, disrupting purchases and business management for both users and businesses.

Solution: We designed a visually refreshing, step-by-step KYC flow for web and mobile, simplifying the user experience while guiding them seamlessly to completion. The intuitive design allowed users to return to their purchase flow effortlessly, while providing businesses with an efficient backend to manage the KYC process with ease.
