Problem: Home remodelers and contractors faced significant challenges in managing their business operations efficiently. Creating accurate estimates was time-consuming and prone to errors, while juggling customer relationships, proposals, invoicing, and material costs through disconnected systems led to inefficiencies and lost opportunities. Without a unified platform, contractors struggled to maintain professional communication with clients, track projects effectively, and scale their businesses, ultimately impacting their competitiveness and profitability.

Solution: We designed comprehensive mobile and web applications for Pirc AI that revolutionize how contractors manage their workflow. Through extensive UX research, we identified key pain points and created an intuitive interface that leverages AI to automate estimation and proposal generation. The design features a cohesive visual language and branding that establishes trust and professionalism. We implemented flexible input options, allowing users to create project descriptions via voice or text, making the platform accessible in any work environment. The interface seamlessly integrates real-time supplier data for accurate material costs, comprehensive CRM functionality for managing customer relationships, streamlined invoicing and payment management, and in-app subscription controls. We also designed an offline mode for remote job sites and incorporated a feedback loop system that continuously improves estimation accuracy based on user input, ensuring the platform evolves with user needs.
