Problem: primeLab, part of the NEAR Foundation’s Collective, needed a Web3 application to replace traditional platforms like YouTube, rewarding users and creators with ecosystem tokens, but required a design that ensured easy adoption for users transitioning from familiar platforms.

Solution: We designed a YouTube-like application for primeLab, enabling users to connect via the NEAR protocol, link their wallets, and remain anonymous if desired. The straightforward, striking UI allowed users to reward creators with tokens and earn rewards for watching content, minimizing the learning curve for seamless adoption from traditional platforms to the NEAR ecosystem.

Outcome: The intuitive design facilitated easy user transition, increasing engagement within the NEAR ecosystem. Its rewarding system boosted creator and user participation, supporting the Foundation’s mission to accelerate open technology adoption.
