Giggle provides working capital financing for 1099 workers, independent contractors, consultants, app-based freelancers, and the self-employed. Their automated platform provides instant cash 24/7/365 to help when accidents happen or to invest when business opportunities arise.
Folks at Giggle were looking to increase conversion of users following through on applying for the loan. They were having issues with drop-off at certain points in their mobile application process.
We took great care to understand their users, how they’re using the app, and why they were dropping off. We designed and tested a number of versions to understand which visual cues the users ended up responding to the best. At the end of the day, we redesigned their mobile app interface which increased their conversion rates by at least 7%.
